Academic Appeals Committee

Purpose: 

Review student appeals for academic suspension, academic misconduct, grades, and other appeals as determined by the Provost.

Roster Structure: 

1) one representative from each school (LAS, Business, HSML and EDUC), 2) one representative from the Advising Office, 3) two students and 4) Chair from the Provost’s Office

Roster Rotation Schedule: 

Two academic years for faculty members; students annually

Appointed by: 

Deans of the Schools and Dean of Students for student representatives

2.002, 7.007, Academic Standing Suspension Appeals, student success

Meeting Schedule: 

monthly including the summer months
